Howard has done a great job as far as offering health care decent pay and profit sharing.
He also takes great care if the selection buy taste test.
This proves to me that he is a great CEO

Howard Schultz is no longer CEO of Starbucks, he is a chairman. Jim Donald is the CEO if Starbucks
