Haha, I've used to imagine like that, daydreaming about a second law of Relativity: Big and small. But no, that's not possible, not if according to astrophysicists. There is no cell that would burst and turn into a black hole, and no creature could have different body temperature and different chemical make-ups in their bodies.

And about your question on humans. We all vary, really and there is really no definite goal in life. We don't work in systems, we (all humans) break laws... crimes, global warming, pollution, war, etc. There is no universal law, we break all laws, that's why laws are created, to break them, what would be the use of laws if they couldn't be broken.

It's possible. What a very wishful but thought provoking question!
But you have more sense than that to think that we're just made of single-celled bacteria.
On your first question, man is created with free-will. He moulds, designs, and creates his own life so. He takes total control of the universe he lives in for he is a part of it.
it is kind of broad question enticing many different angles of mental view depending on the field. Philosophy, man is created to seek the reason of the truth of his being. Science, man is here to renovate, develop, improve the world through technology. Theologically, we are here to procreate, live our lives according to His will, follow the rules of God, and die to join Him in the after life.

Most Certainly Not. No, humans are not doing for what exactly they are designed for. Moreover they are doing the opposit. Because they are exactly designed to become "Enlightened" or "Awakened" Ones. They are designed to transform themselves into the real life force within the Nature. On the other hand they are distroying the Nature, in unawareness.

If that's the case then there is no need for us to create anything...beautiful or otherwise. If we were the result of bacterial function (or dysfunction) then why is it that we are so concerned with your question? Look at our world, something is missing, badly...the first step to finding out our purpose is to be convinced that we do have a purpose, but we are NOT living up to it.

That is one of the million dollar questions today. I think that something doesn't add up when it comes to humanity. Why do we have such extraordinary knowledge only to use them for the lesser of goods. Who knows, all I know is that the earth was in a state of bliss until we showed up.

Where is the proof that we were designed for anything. We adapt to our environment given the right time and circumstances. Saying we were designed for something suggests there was a designer. Is there a great plan or was it just perchance, and things are happening as they should.

I don't know what you ate for supper, but I recommend Rennie's!

No, seriously, human being don't EXACTLY do what they were designed for. They were designed to work, to share in creation...to till the garden, to be.
And what do we do? We work. But think. Could my work be considered sharing in Creation? Do I do anything to make life a little better for those around me?
Consider this, how much does a smile and a pleasant word cost?g'luck-sw

No. We were not created, we evolved. The harm done to the planet by humans is merely a symptom of greed and ignorance.

Ya that's a really smart perspective, I enjoy hearing ideas like that.
ponder this. I wonder sometimes if our earth is not actually round,
I mean it looks round from space but maby because our eyes are round then we see it is round? I mean have we wrapped our arms around it and felt it to be round? It dosent appear to feel round on the ground...

God put it there. You see God is a huge Bill Hicks fan, and wanted Hicks to update his material. Unfortunately God was unaware that he had passed away because Hicks is down there rockin' out on the lake of fire.
