I'm intrigued as to how on earth you managed to "do sex" with your clothes on.... the mind boggles as to what you actually achieved. And why did you bother? If you didn't penetrate her you didn't "do sex" as you put it.
Having said that though, any type of intimate sexual activity will risk pregnancy. You should always use contraceptives, not just to avoid pregnancy but also condoms to reduce the risk of disease.
If you need to ask these sorts of questions you are obviously very young, so before you go any further you and your girlfriend should get yourselves to a doctor, nurse or counsellor and learn about your bodies, about contraception, about pregnancy, about disease and HIV, and about the risks, responsibilities and consequences of a sexual relationship.
Otherwise, you may be celebrating your next fathers day first hand.

The fluids alone are enough to transmit sperms (and/or other STDs including AIDS) Sperms are microscopic & mobile, they can travel into the vagina even if they are not deposited there; and fabric is no barrier. She might get pregnant, if the period is just right.
If you cannot abstain yourself from sex, until marriage, then at least have safe sex.

You "did sex" with her? You can't even say what is it you were doing and yet you are doing it.
If you ejaculated directly onto the crotch of her pants, I suppose the sperm could swim through the pants, through her panties and into her vagina. But I highly, highly doubt it.
You are way to young to be doing this stuff if you don't know what causes babies or how to prevent making them.

Possible, but not likely. All it takes is one little sperm to get her pregnant. If any semen works its way through her clothing and contacts any part of her vagina, that one sperm could get through.
Perhaps you should play it safe and not let your penis or semen near her vagina.
