uh.................. I'm presuming she means the area underneath that a bikini or brazillian wax would usually take care of? Unless she has hair on her actual cheeks (like how guys have)?
So many women have the underneath area waxed, very common. I personally wouldn't get a razor down there (imagine if you nicked yourself by accident!!!!! Owwwwwwwwww!). It wouldn't be impossible with a razor, just difficult, and you'd need a steady hand and an angled mirror. Waxing would be far easier!

Very carefully. All too easy to leave a big hairy stripe in the middle. And the stubble must be horrific. Surely you're better off going for a professional wax.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
