Just bc you have a friend of the opposite sex doesn't mean that you can't love them. I have many male friends, I tell them all the time how much they mean to me. My bf is fine w/it, he knows I am his and his only. My male friends and I don't have a problem expressing our feelings and nobody else should either. This question is almost like saying "Are friends of the same sex homosexual if the say I love you?"

Because those are the most moving & expressive words in the human language. those and, "baby, I m PREGNANT..." Friends may love you, but it may nt always mean that they want to jump into the sack with you!
Love is just a word, the fact that they are always there whn you need thm, they got yo back, these are expressions of love.

I say "I love you" to all my dear friends (male or female). We have a connection and I like to remind them of how much I care about them.
