Its opened my eyes to the fact that common sense is all but forgotten in the good ole USA! I never realized that people could be so stupid!

Well before answering the question, I would let other people give an advice. Its no harm asking an question. Since no one is self-learned when he/she is born. Even you came to know from someone.
With the answer to the question, Computers are affecting a lot in making human's life easier. There are certain things where human mind gets confused or slower in processing, apart to that if you go on giving same task to humans, at some period of time he/she will get fedup. Find some other work to do.
In case of computers, they are meant to do same task again and again for years and years. Take like calculations, can your mind do complex calculations? Like decimals and trignometric functions? No, so we take computers for help.
Computers power is replacing Human Power and helps giving accurate results to precise. At some levels there are complex designing or manufacturing to be done, there computers are used to help get minute functioning to accurate.
Hope clears some concepts.

It gives us more TIME to do things due to a Computers speed and Efficiency. Everything would take so long to do without computers.

It usually takes six hours a day of my life....eye sight has been affected.....back pain happens occasionally.....feel drenched after the office.
