I recon it is to cope with all the people who are so far in debt they cannot avoid breaking the Law.

Thats a good one, simply many more peolple are turning to crime, therefore they have to be puished. Don't forget we a large amount of Asylum seekers and idiots from abroad who do not respect the law, they all add up.

the divide between the good and bad is as wide now as it was 100 years ago. so basically theres too many charava scum ruining it for everyone and they all need to go behind bars cos we can't give them the death sentance.
