this site will serve as a commercial site for earning and entertainment
i want some source from where i can know what must be the configuration of the machine which will act as a server, apart from DNS number which right i must have to allow my guests to download songs from my collection if songs are copyrighted and if someone can suggest any other careline i will be thankful...

Since you are going for Media Streaming or Storage server this will probably result in high amounts of data to be transferred from your to Clients pc. IF you were on Network then you wouldnt need internet connection. Since you are giving presence on the internet means customers from all over the world remotely will connect to your Server.

Now the point which was suggested of T3 line, Going with T3 in the launch of the service will be adding huge amounts of expenses. If you plan rightly, and make approximation then you can start from the lower internet connection, and increase as the traffic increases.

So for that I would suggest you to contact ISP provider for packages and details.
