paypal is good but I thing the seller has to pick up 5% costs at the other end

The bank will charge you a fee of c £20

If they are on 5% then the break even point is £400 below which you would do paypal and above which the bank

You can use paypal or you can use moneybookers. These are all online sites. I have recently received some money through moneybookers and there was bank charges. So try to send more if you intend to send to someone or if you are at the receiving end try to charge more.

Buy some U.S. Dollars over the counter from the post office and send them by International Signed for service. A post Office Clerk will be able to help and advise you.
