According to the Indian contract Act it is not necessary that a contract has to be in written form it can be also oral, & any agreement that is valid & enforceable is a contract. So as you ask making a agreement on Rs.10/- or Rs.50/- bond paper will it be valid or not, it will be valid even if you don’t go in all these formalities. For an agreement to be valid what is required an offer, acceptance of this offer for a valid consideration if all these three factors are there in your agreement it will be a valid agreement that can will be legally enforceable if it is not for any illegal activity.

hi,
as per your question the legal requirement for making an agreement is rs. 50 or more.
and one another thing it should be registered by some notary public (appointed by any state or central government or any bar)
and if we talk about the contract act,,
here in law what ever is written is not actual in practise,
and if the agreement is not registered it is not valid at all.

and when it comes to prove the document the court will ask about the veracity of the document and if it is been registered then it is to be answered by the attesting authority .

so.. unregistered agreement has no value.
