What is the agreement for? The figure 10 and 50 you mention relate to the stamp duty and is one of the conditions for making a valid contract! For any agreement to be legaly valid it must satisfy the following conditions:
1. Contractual capacity of both the parties
2. Consideration of the contrct
3. Free consent for the contract (That is absence of coertion etc)
4. The purpose should be legaly enforceable
5. Stamp duty wherever required, and in the scale prescribed.
