Right on citizen.
I too believe that my internal organs are quite capable of surviving on toxic waste. I am still here today in spite of hep C (liver) kidney stones, and skin cancer, and I am 45yrs old.
I only smoke 30 cigs a day and drink one bottle of wine a week (mostly in one night). I have trained myself to live on pies and burgers and I fast often ( one good fast food meal per day)
Who needs vitamins or minerals, or protien, or riboflavin.
I have at least 5 good years ahead of me DOWN WITH VEGETABLES

My husband and I have both been homeless or with a home but too poor to buy much food (even with foodstamps) and we went to the food banks for 'donated food' ... MOST OF IT WAS NOT GOOD FOOD ... people give 'outdated' cans they should throw away, broken (smashed) pasta, mixed dried beans that need different amounts of soaking and cooking time ... even vegetables they don't want to eat because they are wilted and dried out. When I give to a foodbank (which we do regularly) I go to the store and buy NEW basics ... boxes of pasta (the best they have, too), NEW cans of food, fresh flour, fresh vegetables, canned meat and canned juices, baby food in all varieties ... then I take it and drop it off with a 'I hope this helps' and a big smile ... if I hang around, I tell the people that we once were where they are, and we have money now, so we are just 'paying back' what we were given ... and people hold up their heads and think that they are just 'down for awhile' instead of being 'down forever' ... it's not SELFISH to feed a person who needs food ... an old person, a worker, a mother, a father, a child ... PEOPLE DESERVE TO GO TO BED FEELING FULL AND KNOWING THEY'LL GET FULL THE NEXT DAY, WEEK, MONTH, YEAR. Donate GOOD FOOD (even if it means you must eat a bit less for a day or two a month) and the world will be a BETTER PLACE for ALL of us!

Alcohol in moderation is not bad at all. Same goes for fat and sugar, they are quite necessary but in moderation. 10 pounds of beetroot a day is probably not healthy either

I wish I knew I overate and wound up w/type 2 diabetes so I had to change my lifestyle and also had elevated cholesterol levels so I had to be put on lipitor 40mgs a cholesterol lowering drug and I also ate plenty of salads w/romaine lettuce and either small frozen precooked shrimp and grape or cherry tomatoes and fat free ranch dressing. But that worked I got it down to 140 mgs last year.

Not everything that feels good is good for you. If you saw "Super Size Me" You know that fast food causes your cholesterol levels to raise and can shut down your liver and pancreas. Cigarettes cause cancer and alcohol consumption in excess can lead alcoholism; which can lead to liver and kidney failure.

ADDICTION. These things cause mental if not physical addiction that causes more suffering in the long run than it does good.
