Ok, first you have to realise that the show is actually on Channel 4 and not the BBC. I know this because I am usually forced to watch this show, during dinner, by my girlfriend. Go onto the channel 4 web site www.channel4.co.uk then enter into the search engine (10 years younger)

probably through the internet, find the company on line that the television show is with then when you find the website get an email address then email them and ask for an application form. I hope this helps. Good luck.

go on something different to look younger...that programme uses too much cosmetic surgery its kinda cheating!!! I do love the programme tho!!!
