From birth to death we learn many things subconsciously. We need not teach a baby to concentrate on the matter, what should be the behaviour of a good person. Simply, let us behave everyday, properly in front of the baby. I am sure baby will learn it automatically.
There are many instances but I quote one from my experiences. My mother tongue is not Hindi yet I enjoyed Hindi cinema and TV serial from my early age till now;concentrating on the stories. I have found that I could speak Hindi without concentrating much on the language as a subject.

Well if u r asking hw to learn new things subconsciously....answer is by training ur mind consciously for learning pattern. e.g. when u learn driving then u learn it consciously...but with time when u have practised enough...most of ur actions come subconsciously...
similar technique can be applied to learning new things subconsciously....train ur mind to learn new things...train it hard...n then u will start learning things fast subconsciously.....
Thts the way mind works..... subconscious mind can be trained consciously only......
