the timed game is 5 mimutes ,for instance . his clock ticks 459,458,457,456, then he moves at 455, the clock then resets to 456? .

its a timed game, after every move the timer resets to what ever time the table is set at, if you do not make a move in that amount of time the other player can forfeit the game.
