Of course - contact your university's registrar office (or enrollment office) and I am sure they will be helpful.

You can often find information on how to do this on the website of the university you studied at.

Be prepared for them to charge you - and in some cases, I warn you, it can be a pretty eye-watering amount!

First make sure you studied in that university, second go to the administration office and apply for one.
