First time I signed for google adsense in August,2006. For this purpose I purchase a webdomain of Rs. 1350 ($31) for one year. After 3 months my adsense balance became $120 or so. I filled up the tax and address form in my adsense account. The PIN letter from google was on the way. One day I saw an email from google adsense team that my account had been disabled. I was shocked and very much disappointed. After three months I again open a new account from other IP address. First two months my earning was $20 or some thing like that. This time I made 8 new sites and placed their ads on these sites. On the mid of third month my balance become $120 or so. I cleared the tax and address hold in the adsense account. After two days I got a same mail from google-adsense team that my account has been disabled.
This is a cheating. So far I have not click a single ad on my own site.
They have displayed their ads for 5-6 months on my websites and paid nothing. Please don't believe google.

Once you've been terminated from the program, you are BANNED FOREVER from the program. You tried to dupe them by using a new IP address and you got in -- but you are dealing with Google. Sooner or later (and in your case sooner) they will figure out that it is you who applied again, and they will terminate your account again.

I have been with the program since June 2003 and NEVER had a problem with them because I strictly follow the Program Policies. If you follow the policies and don't cheat, Google Adsense will pay you what you earned

Invalid clicks is a "catch all" term that they use, but it does not always mean that the publisher cheated. It can mean anywhere from clicking on your own ads, labeling the ads, inciting visitors to support the site and click on the ads, etc.

It will not be up to Google to prove to you how they caught what they deemed as fraudulent clicks on your site. They will not show you the IPs of those who clicked. Instead, explain to them in a very professional manner that you never caused invalid clicks and send them your logfiles to help prove your case.

You have to remember that the first responsibility of Google is to satisfy their advertisers, where the money comes from; and not the publishers. They need to protect the interests of advertisers at all cost. As a result, any clicks perceived to be less than above-board are investigated oftentimes leading to the cancellation of the account of the advertiser.

I suggest you check out other contextual advertising program as you are done with Adsense -- if ever you try to dupe them by applying with a new domain name, new IP address, etc. Google will still find out that it is you and again disable your account.

You violated their terms of use and they caught you. I hear so many people whinning about "Google Cheating" and they are the ones that cheated. I can't believe you are whinning over $120.00. Go get a job.
