The example you have given is not of someone with dyslexia. What you have quoted is more an example of spoonerism. I would obviously point this out to the person waving the gun.

I would put my hands up, He is still waving a gun after all, now if he was waving at a gnu that would be a different matter.

I would faint just at the sight of the gun. Or pretend to anyway. Dyslexic or not its a robbery in process.

I would pull out my d@#k and slap him in the face with it and say, "Oh, I thought you said D@#ks", That ought to humiliate him enough to make him blush and leave! Then again, I have no street smarts.
