wel am really worried bcus i ive got a lump in my vagina, at 1st i thought it were a spot but it hurts a little........what is it...and what should i do?

u must go see a gynecologist
cos, it may b an inflammatory cyst near vaginal opening.
it may b a growth, benign or cancerous.
It may be due to growth of cervix itself
u didn't mention ur age, so it is becoming difficult to come to conclution.

Without seeing this lump as you call it , it so so hard to diagnose this. Without conducting a interview it is also hard to diagnose.
Age?
Date of your last Menstrual period?
Sexually active?
Have you had unprotected sex?
if so how long ago?
Where is spot located exactly? inside the vagina or on the labia?
Date of last pelvic exam?
Word to the wise please see your healthcare provider to rule out STD's. Std's could surface in the form of a lump.
I cannot stress enough to see your gyno.

it maybe a sign of tumor, go to your gynecologist and tell her about your condition. remember, prevention is better than cure.
