In todays time if the more knowledge comes to our way, we are going towards civilized & advanced society , even we stepped on the earth of moon but we are still unknown to our family members because we don't understand their feelings although we are able to communicate through jestures & verbally but it is not enough. we need to understand feelings by heart. and if you go in ancient times there was no advancement but still they communicate because they know their deeds by innocent hearts, there was non-existance of clever person like of todays

There is no documented point in history when miscommunication started.
For all we know, Adam and Eve probably miscommunicated all the time.

When God told Adam and Eve to not partake of the fruit and Eve did because she understood it was necessary for all Mankind to become and Adam didn't get it.
