You dont need netscape to download java! Type jave in your search box! Netscape is NOT firefox either! They are 2 differnet browsers! The new netscape is based on the firefox browser but will still be netscape!

You can find netscape at the Browser or Downloads section of www.netscape.com

You can get the Java plugin for your browser here: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

You don't need Netscape to run Java applets in web pages.

Netscape is now Mozilla FireFox Browser that can be downloaded from http://www.compcentral.net/downloads.php?UID=1
