it is when you eat crap-seriously. In the heat of the moment-people do things they wouldn't do otherwise. Hey that was a good kiss-can I eat your crap. It's gross-but all gay sex is perversion anyway.

Where did you hear it being used? Did a friend use it in a conversation with you? Some context would be helpful.
Ironically, I have a feeling that some supposedly-straight people will know more about this than I do. In my experience, anti-gay people know more about "sexual perversions" than any gay person I know.
