There are many places in the Muslim world I would love to visit. There are (I'm sure) people in those countries that would love to show me the beauty of their land, but a few bad apples have spoiled the bunch. Frankly, I AM afraid to go there. Even India! I don't want to be on a bus or plane that blows up, or in a market that blows up. I don't want my head chopped off so some extremist can make his point. I hope, in the future this will change, but I don't see it in the near future. Very sad, I think.

I believe one would have be be a downright idiot to travel to a Muslim nation. This is a very violent group of people that use religious excuses interpreted from the Koran to justify absolutely hideous atrocities against their fellow human beings.
History will condemn the folly and insanity of these people, I'm certain of that.

i wouldn't go to a muslim country. i did live with a lot of muslims in northern china and of course you wouldn't know until someone told you and you figure out the city. I met some students there from Saudi Arabia and they were cool. Honestly it was a little nervous going out with them at first, maybe i'll be abducted, they thought it would be ok for me to go saudi arabia and UAE or pakistan or even lebbanon if i wanted to just not in a war zone, but i don't know if i'm that brave. It's home to them and as safe as anything comes i guess.

It's not fear, just that they will not accept my US passport,as it has an Israeli entrance stamp. I will not spend another hundred bucks to make the Arab nations "feel better"..
