hey there. first of all, i wish u well and ur growing baby inside ur womb. well prenancy is a very delicate time in a woman's life. delicate because you have to be cautious all the time and really watch your diet to ensure the baby's health and yours as well. to overcome some of the unplesantness during prenancy, you have to really have a posititve attitude, exercise will bring you more positive outlook, eat more fruits and vegetables and take lots of minerals to have a relatively pleasant labor experience. try it, i did! i was home during the labor hours and just went to the hospital when my cervix was almost dilated. after an hour in the labor room, i was transfered to my room. twas quick! go slow on the salt so that you wont have problems on water retention. eat healthy! difficulty in sleeping esp when ur womb is already big with the growing baby inside, going for pee very often, water retention on the feet esp on the last month of pregnancy, and feeling hot or warm are among the common unpleasantness, but if you keep yourself busy, like reading, doing a hobby, exercise every morning, like taking leisurely walks and eating healthy, you will have easy time, as i did. stay healthy!

um this is a hard question. I had a great pregnancy and i had no problems with bubs. I didn't have the best labour but i wont tell you about that because i am sure you have heard enough but i felt uncomfortable around 7 months mark and i was always hot. I got very fluidy and puffy fingers that made then lock up (pregnancy carpal tunnel syndrome) But i didn't get any cravings i was tired and other days i felt amazing.
So it is different for everyone honey. Don't panic OK that is the last thing you need to do.
Remember you have a beautiful little body growing inside of you and it is going to need some room to move and kick and sit on ya bladder. But my baby is a year old today and i am getting clucky for another one. So it cant be all that bad.
It is however the most invigorating experience of your life. Just enjoy it and take each day as it comes.

My friend had an absolutely problem free pregnancy, no unusual pains, nothing! she didn't even have an increased appetite! I had a problem free pregnancy up until 7 months along, and then i developed gestational diabetes where i couldn't eat anything at all with white flour or sugar (it limits your diet alot more than you think) until i had my son. so, i guess it just depends on you and your body. Hope things get better for you!

yes ,you can! Both my pregnacies were trouble free and I worked non-stop professionaly upto 36 weeks, and did household chores until the last moment.
As your weight increases, do work slowly in smaller installments, eat light , non oily low fat food,.Try to rest after meals. Either lie down or atleast put your feet up.
lie on your left side to avoid pressure of your abdomen .
Walk slowly. Wear flat heels and loose fitting cotton clothes. And, go for regular check-ups.
Regular walking also helps. Develop a happy "take it in your stride" attitude.
All the best.

With my first pregnancy, I didn't have any troubles except being hungry all the time.
Also, when you get further along, having to urinate several times in a night will bother you. Not being able to sleep as good, feeling pressure in your stomach as you get further along, back pains, braxton hicks and heartburn will also bother you i'm sure.
Good Luck!
