Try and have good working relationships with people - try to get on with them - if not on a personal level then try on a professional level. Remember - if you get on with people at work that you work with it will make your day/week more enjoyable! Do colleagues have lunches at the pub or go out after work? How about organising or suggesting something social after work - ten pin bowling or out for a drink?

find things that u have in common with them, music movies politics all that fun stuff. after u establish a somewhat friendship invite them over to your house or out to the bar or something that u both would consider fun, basically find out some similarity's and differences with each other
