I've been through this type of thing before, and what it comes down to is that you have to get up enough courage to ask for help. Either you ask for help, or you'll eventually attempt suicide and it will ask for help for you, or you might die and it will be to late. You just have to look at it like,"What have I got to lose, ask for help or die?" Fortunately for me I was suicidal with self-mutilating tendencies so someone noticed my cuts before it was too late. It sounds like you are very depressed. Way too depressed for a simple fix. Keep in mind I've been through counseling so the bulk of depression is over, but whenever I start to feel it come on again I run...or exercise in anyway I can. It's a way to physically hurt my body without actually hurting it. When I get so depressed I feel like I just want to cut myself...or worse I run, because that hurts me, and when I'm done I don't feel like such a piece of **** because I accomplished something. I'm actually doing something for my health.

if u have time, then nescafe and yahoo answers to think about something else other than what's bothering u.u can also start writing what u're thinking about or what made u angry on a piee of paper.u'll feel as if u spoke wz someone, and when u read it again u will be able to think about it in a better and more calm way,and u'll find a way out through some or other point, but in general,u should see a psychaitrist.they really help.i used to see one.if u take antidepression let him write the name of one that doesnt let u feel sleepy the whole day,coz u r studying,a s u said.good luck.

You are going through what is known as the "Dark Night of the Soul."
The great 16th century mystical theologian, St. John of the Cross, described this process in great detail.
It is a baptism by fire to purify the soul to its depths|
You know, he was one of the greatest saints and one of the most gifted intellectuals of all time - in addition to being a mystic second to none|
But he had to go through the trial of being slandered and persecuted by everyone (and these were people in his own Church)|
He was put into a dingy freezing jail cell in the middle of the winter, and was beaten daily by a guard|
But through it, he held fast, and from his cell, wrote some of the most sublime literature ever known, which has lighted up the Church ever since|
Anyway, what you are suffering, you are sure to come out of, and you will live life on a level that is far better than you had before|

I am so sorry u are going through a bad time.
But i want to assure u that it'll all change.Be patient.
If u dont value urself, noone will! So first of all u have to realize ur own value. remember that we all are in this world to do something important, in our own way we are all unique and special, so are u.
Try to make friends, go out. I dunno what ur situation is like but whatever it is , u have to make the best of it for now.
Talk to someone close to u.Take up a hobby. Involve urself in some work.Help others so that u an forget about ur own problems.
stop thinking of death & dying. study hard so that u an one day get independent and help urself.

You should find a good doctor and get some anti-depressants to get you through this hard time. It's not your fault, it's chemical and it can be fixed just like you can help a headache with aspirin. Please see if you can find help through a doctor!! I wish you the best of luck, you seem like a wonderful caring person just from your post so I hope you feel better soon.

Hello friend...
be strong. Everyone is in actual sense is 'alone' in this world. We were born alone, we walk alone, struggle with life alone and die alone. BUT, we are not weak. We can seek out support in our friends, family and with internet.. the whole world. Common, laugh at yourself in the mirror. Say that you're here in this world and you will FIGHT for your chance to be happy and you CAN face any adversities (bad luck) and you will WIN. Have courage my friend.
If you have faith in the Quran, read the Quran. If you have faith in the Bible, take it and read. God will give you solace (comfort).
It doesn't matter which verse you read.
Lastly, don't be afraid to cry.
Nia (still here on earth at 38 years old) ;-)

Take a long shower and then watch TV classic comedy. I Love Lucy works for me.
Just think about somewhere else in the world, they are so many people are less fortunate than you. I know it is never enough for us, but always be satisfied with what you have.
