Especially for people who are married and currently having an affair:

I'm interested to know what might go through your mind if you were in a public place kissing and your spouse walked by.

Ok, here goes . . . stupidly, in the past, I've put myself in the position of being caught in compromising situations by my spouse (I was never in a position to get caught during actual sex, just during flirtatious playful situations.) Fortunately, I never got caught. If I had, I would have been horrified. The words guilt, angst, and fear come to mind, along with relief. When I started carrying on that way with someone other than my spouse, it was because I wanted my marriage over, but I didn't know how to get out. If I got caught, then it was done, I could leave. That being said, now that I know what a happy marriage feels like, and how far the love and respect of someone you adore can carry you, I do not recommend that anyone have an affair or a fling. If you are unhappy enough to cheat, then you are unhappy enough to go ahead and walk away, dignity in tact. Respect yourself and respect those you care about even if you no longer love them, don't put yourself in a compromising position.

Best of luck :)

I wouldn't know, adultry is a sin. You should wait until after the divorce to engage in extracurricular activity.

I wouldn't feel anything because I don't have a spouse and have no intentions of having one.
