Charrity fancydress idea?

my son is participating in a charity fancydress pageant next month. the pagent is to promote a woman-friendly society and to improve ment's attitude towards women. All boys participating in the pageant will dress as women to show their respect to women, so the costume should be somethig promotes the womanhood.

Can you give me an idea for a deascent costume that would promote feminity. Also tell me how should the dress be done, makeup, jewelery, shoes etc.

Dress him as a beauty queen witha long prom dress, a sash, and some nice and comfortable heels. And dont forget the tiara.
