for highlights, you can pretty much go anywhere. You can go to user-upload sites, ie. youtube, etc. or go to websites for the TV channels, most have audio/video section with highlights. I know http://www.bbc.co.uk have highlights. Now if you want to watch games live online, I use TVU Player, the star sports channel always has premiership games. Try this for watching live games too, http://www.footballstreaming.info/ , you may have to sign up and download something depending on the channel, but it's free. Hope this can help!

I watch sport highlights on http://www.spotonsport.com/highlights/ , they have all the soccer but also baseball, tennis, basketball, icehockey and american football
