I see Rosanne finally got replaced by Growing Pains. Im a big fan of Rosanne but have seen every episode numerous times, thought I'd hate GPains but I'm actually enjoying it, I did watch it back during its first runs.

i love roseanne!!!! it is more of a rude humor,and it is a show that most people can relate to. growing pains is more boring to me.and the characters dont seem as realistic. yeah i will watch it, but i miss roseanne. this advice is coming to you from the useless mind of a 20 year old!!

Oh no, Rosanne is GONE? I hate that Nick @ Nite can't play more than 4 shows. Why couldn't they KEEP Roseanne?? I actually liked that show!
I'm getting used to Growing Pains. That's all that's been on this week, lol. I remember watching the show as a kid and liking it, but now I seem to think lots of the jokes are corny. I'll probably grow to like Growing Pains eventually though, lol.

even the horrid last couple of years of Roseanne with the Dallas-like dream sequences, Dan's infedelity and the "Lotto Win" were better than Growing Pains, in my opinion, which was a terrible Family Ties ripoff with no compelling Alex P. Keatons to be found.
Really, it had just about something from any other sitcom. The set seemed identical to "Who's the Boss"
The dad, had a home office (Just like cliff huxtable)
Kurt lived over the garage in the later seasons (just like the Fonz)
