What is the purpose for your life?
What do you hope to accomplish before you die?
Do you write down what you want to do, and set goals to get to it every day?

I have a life-list. where I write down all the things I want to accomplish before I die.

I have "ticked-off" a couple of them, and am slowly making my way through it.

You get a real sense of accomplishment when you fulfill one of your dreams, even if it is a small one.

You feel even better when its a self-less act, like donating a sum of money instead of buying an expensive pair of Jimmy-choos!

I came to this earth to take darkness and turn it into light. I want to help as many children and animals on this planet as I possibly can. I want to end the Hatred in this world and create more peace of mind. I usually do write down my goals, yet not all the time. Sometimes I like to just see where the wind takes me.

I have already done what most people would only dream of doing in a very short time so Im good as far as goals. Im still young and am set financially so I live to wait for my girls to need me. Or country.

well let my start by saying that i'm not a perfect person; i don't want anyone to get that idea with what i'm about to say. through my teachings and studies in my Christian religion, i have been taught that i live my life to glorify God. it doesn't mean that i pray pray pray. yes i do pray however, no matter what i do i do it in his name. understand that God is absolute power and he doesn't need us to glorify us. but he created us with free will so that we have the ability to love him. in other words he can clearly make us glorify him, yet he gave us the ability to grow on him, spread his teachings, etc. i love to draw. i love computers. i am in works to start going to school to become a computer graphics animator. God gave me those talents and know how. and i will glorify his name in my works. i will draw my pictures and glorify him for giving me the blessed gift to guide a pencil in creating what i see in my head. as i said in the beginning im not perfect. i sin often. he knows this and yet he still loves me. and when i think of that. i ask for forgiveness for what i did. and he forgives me. that brings me closer to him. my accomplishments are praising God, raising my children, and finishing school, marrying my girl and establishing a family. but i want to do all of that in God's name. i really don't write down what i want to do. it's all in my head. yet i am open for change, cause sometimes God changes things for the better. it may not seem that way at first but it always add up. sorry for the long answer. but your question actually opened my eyes for a new look on my life. and i hope in return i answered your question without scaring or boring you. in any event, God bless.
