Different countries have different rules and regulations for owning credit cards. So, how do an Indian, like me be able to own one?

Anyone can get a credit card. Even dogs and cats have been known to get it.

If you're Indian and you need a credit card. Go to an american university and apply at any of those tables they set up during orientation. College students seem to get credit without any problem even if they don't work.

Must be 18 yrs of age and have a good income.Remember if you pay cash insted of charging for most things you will keep your finances in order.
