Everytime the ball is hit for a four or a six, the team's captain must be given the power to change the bowler.

Already has with the fielding captain. And if you want the opposition captain, why would he like to change a bowler who is being hit for fours and sixes.

A bowler can be taken off midway in the over as well by the captain

it would be a useless game. they have bowlers bowl a certain number of overs being tht if everytime a batsman got a good shot and the bowler was then changed it wouldnt give the batsmen o bowlers a fair opportunity to play well. and if they did tht then who's to say tht the batsmen wnt keep hitting fours or six's. its a game of skill. and it wont matter who bowls as long as the batsmen is good then he'll keep hitting good shots
