I would help the poor creature as best I can. Hopefully it would see that not all humans are bad.

Hello there and by the way, an interesting question.
I have never seen a dragon and do not know whether or not they exist. However, if I did see one and it was hurt I would treat it as I would any other injured wild animal. Which is to say I would do everything I could to help it while protecting myself from serious injury. If it were small I would take it to a doctor ( a vet) if it were too large for that I would somehow get a vet to go with me to the dragon. Aside for debating whether or not dragons exist, I would make sure it got medical care, just like I would for any other animal.
Again, an interesting question.
Love and Blessings

If you mean a dragon in the mythological sense, then I would take all the photographs that I can and detail writing on its description, to finally settle the age old debate of if they really exist or not.
You can't help something you don't know the first thing about anatomically.

If you mean a dragon in the sense of those living on komodo, then I would stay as far away as possible, those things can kill a human, even a badly injured one just from a bite alone, whip of the tail to your rib cage etcetera.

Try to help it as best as I can but from what it most likely will do try to bite your hand off if it was wild and if it does not let you do it then let nature take its course

I WOULD CALL AN AMBULANCE ON MY CELL PHONE AND IF THE CRITTER DIDNT FIT IN THE AMBULANCE I WOULD TIE IT TO THE TOP OF MY CAR AND TAKE IT MYSELF.AND IF THE HOSPITAL WOULDNT ADMIT IT FOR TREATMENT I WOULD TIE IT BACK ON TOP OF MY CAR AND TAKE TO THE VET AT THE LOCAL ZOO. I MIGHT EVEN GET A REWARD BUT I DONT EXPECT TO RECEIVE ANY MONEY. I WOULD DO IT BECAUSE ITS PART OF NATURE,CREATION JUST LIKE ME AND EVERYTHING ELSE INCLUDING PEOPLE.

Run away. Terribly fast.

The last thing I want is to be found in proximity to a wounded dragon crying for Momma to help it. :S

Help, of course. It would be sweet to have a dragon as your ally.
