Saw my midwife yesterday. She measured by Fudal height (sorry i spelt it wrong) and said it was 26(cm?). Im actually 26 weeks to the day, so it was spot on. She said it was fairly unusual to be exact, although a good thing. Has anyone else had this before? I thought I was HUGE and she was going to tell me i was too big!

That's right - for each week of pregnancy you should measure approximately 1cm from your pubic bone to the top of the uterus - called the fundal height. So at 26 weeks, you are 26cm - spot on. At 30 weeks you should be 30cm, and so on. It is one easy way for a midwife to check on the progress of the pregnancy and growth of the fetus.

Your fundal height SHOULD be the same as how many weeks you are. Sounds like everything is perfect. Good Luck!
