I Din;t know, if you want to keep it light hearted why not a lecture on Robbin Williams in RV or the movie Cars.
And if you are more into history what about the Jamestown settlement. Or the 13 days of glory at the Alamo.

I would go with something you'r e very passionate about. That way you know what you're talking about and you'll have plenty to say about it. It won't sound fake or like you looked it up on the web ten minutes before class.
