I need more details but I will try to help. The part with fat guy after he runs away pull a lever on the founton and a door opens. go in pull the switch in the next room don't shoot that thing that comes after you or you will have lots of more to deal with run up the stairs on the left and about half way on the path above jump and grab a bar...climb it to the platform above. (save here) spin the wheels and climb down as far as you can then drop ( you need full health)
