Some person you thought you knew and was somewhat normal comes up and starts talking about elaborate conspiracies and how the Government is behind every problem in the world, etc.

I try to be polite, but there are times when they get the whole 9/11 conspiracy, etc. that I just say "we have to agree to disagree" and walk away. Especially when they talk about the OK city bombing from Tim McVeigh. I worked that as a Police Officer and I can't stand them saying the Government did it... I do lose my patience then, that was as close as I ever came to being in a war zone so far, it was terrible.

I personally just stand and listen. I love to hear a good conspiracy theory no matter how far fetched it may seem. Considering the government we live under, few things would surprise me so it's always good to get hints ahead of time just in case some insano stuff goes down.

Do you know me? Haha!

*ahem* Just kidding...a little... =P

But anyway, what do *I* do? I just listen to them. It doesn't hurt to hear someone else's opinion or point of view, even if you don't believe it yourself. Perhaps have a little chat or friendly debate about your difference in opinions. Or ask them WHY they think that way. Or just tell them you're not interested in talking about politics with anyone. *shrug*
