There are 2 theories. The first is that Cameron Diaz wanted to begin settling down and having children as she is in her mid 30's while Justin Timberlake thought screw that I'm 25! The second is Scarlett Johanson.

I read somewhere that Cameron got jealous when she saw Justin flirting with other women at some awards show they both went to together and she confronted him about it, they got into an argument over it, and then they split shortly after the event
