An international network of recycyling plants located within the vincinities of the dumps whose main function is to create fuel as an energy source from the remains of recycled goods. Start madatory time (like selective service) working in the dumps (in return payment on fed. loans or credit debts) recycling all that can be recycled, converting the waste matter into a fuel that can be used for cars and to power buildings, including operating the plants themselves. Originally I thought "slurge" could be converted to fuel. Benefits would include: the deveopment of a new industry manufacturing and designing items that would use the new fuel like new engine designs that would burn clean, tons of jobs, decreased pollution, lesser use of natural resources, not to mention if the plan succeeded it would become a matter of foreign policy. The opposition would argue it would lessen current markets, however that could be levied by offering discounted goods from everything manufactured by the plants.

I'm wondering if there is anything like an automatic eraser/cleaner for the blackboard or the whiteboard in front of the classroom. After some 35 years of teaching, I sometime tell my students about this and assure them it should be popular and be sold since we have innumerable schools, colleges and universities in countries worldwide. As lecturers, we should not waste our time erasing the board once it's full of our notes, questions, formulas, equations, solutions, etc. Let the eraser do its work for us and I think most lecturers would definitely be eager to teach his/her classes by adding more inspiration rather than memorization. I also tell them it should be copyrighted as a patent, that is, my intellectual property.

A conscience-injector. Instead of shooting the bad guys with guns, shoot them with a conscience. Make them feel the impact of their actions. To feel the pain of their victims. To feel sharp pangs of regret. To have a conscience that would never leave them & prevent them from committing evil acts again...It would eliminate all wars & acts of violence because no one with a conscience could go out & hurt or destroy others. It would eventually bring world peace. Actually maybe we could have a conscience bomb. An explosion that would affect the entire world. Those who already have a conscience would be unaffected (so Catholics like me with guilt to spare need not worry! Tee hee), but those who don't have one would inhale the fumes & have a strong sense of right & wrong from then on and act accordingly since they couldn't stomach the guilt of doing wrong...
Ok a bit far fetched but hey! That's the best I can do at 4:20 a.m. on a Thursday night on nightshift at work when I'm tired & my tumbly is grumbly & I can't wait for morning (6 a.m.) so I can head home for a bowl of Life cereal & then crawl into bed with my cat & sleep til 1 pm...

making a method of transportation of goods and personnel safer to get into orbit.
Because, rocket science is well, basically playing with large unwieldly explosives. What happens when a rocket goes awry? It crashes somewhere, which is why they are launched from a vast "middle of no where" and when a shuttle comes back they don't always get home in one piece. The one that didn't could of just as easily rained blazing chunks of debris down onto a metropolitain neighborhood killing scores of innocent individuals going about their daily lives.

I would invent a machine that made it impossible to speak until you had listened first, and then you could only speak for as long as you had listened.
It would be pateneted as a 'Peace Machine'.
ps I've already had to modify it - you could only speak for the amount of time you had listened divided by the number of people present - otherwise some of us slower wits would end up mute - now there's an idea lol

well... i would "uninvent", if u can say so... the MONEY
world will be such better place without it!
don`t u think?
we will be able to have whatever by just wanting it and by offering something, no matter what, for it... it would be like a giant exchange market, but without any money...
so u can say that i`d like to invent a world without money

Something I could release into the air, that would travel all over the world, that as soon as anyone breathes it in, they become Good poeple. no more murderers, theives, liars, bullies. Governments would know how to handle situations, justice would be carried out, (if anyone could avoid breathing in my air.), people would feel safe.
that's one of my greatest dreams, to feel safe enough to walk alone at night.
