why are you in therapy if you don't want them to do their job? save your money and stop going if you're just trying to figure them out.

you sound very anti-conformist. I suggest you lighten your heart a bit and smile more. Learn to accept that other people have their ways of doing things that might be different than your own way of doing things... (easier said than done) Stop trying to fight everything so much and just go with it. If you are in therapy you should ask your therapist this question. But I am sure your therapist isn't out to get you...... or maybe it's all a big conspiracy and the therapist is trying to make you crazy so you keep coming back.

You don't try to defeat therapists, they are skilled at asking the right questions. You cannot be helped unless you have the attitude you want to be helped and that includes "working with" the therapist.

If you can't talk to a therapist, you need to find one that you can talk to or you are wasting both of your time.

Trust is the main element of all therapy. So, if your heart is telling you to stay away from some scheme, listen to it. And if you are paranoid, you will see scheming therapists where they don't exist! In such a case, your paranoia needs to be addressed first before other issues.
