In everybody's life there is happiness and sad so...we can not say who is the most happiest person in the world....it might b u the happiest person in the world...lol

We can only ever answer this question for ourselves because we can never fully step into another's shoes and compare their sensation of being happy with ours, for instance.
We can look at or listen to others and approximate their happiness but I think that process is always going to be a bit superficial.
So my answer is the only happiness you can be sure about is your own, and that makes you the happiest person in the world. Even though that might not be very happy at times. lol

i guess it would be a person who has had known by experience,
that money isn't every-thing.
and that he/ she is healthy right now, and is enjoying also, the blessings of a loving family, children, grandchildren.
Don't ever have to worry about money anymore, or the meaning of life.
Hmm,. i want to get to this stage that i just described. Yeah, pray for me, and you, dear. hahaha..

Anyone who loves him/herself & realizes that happiness is within him/herself. Very few people have this. They will try to find happiness in romantic relationships, in money, in jobs, food, material possessions, etc etc. But it's in you. If you love yourself, the world is your oyster. If you don't, it's your prison and you'll never be free.
