due to the prevalence of so many contractual diseases, condums can be purchased by anyone, at any age. with first sexual encounters happening at younger ages, it's important that condums be readily available for purchase.

I'm not sure where you live, but the state I'm in says that legally you HAVE to sell condoms to ANYONE who wants them. Even if the cashier feels that the person is too young to have sex, if you refuse the sell them, then the person might resort to unprotected sex and get an STD or a baby. I guess my state feels that if you can't STOP teens from having sex, at least encourage them to be safe.

I don't think there is an age limit. If he is worried about it then tell him to go to a condom dispenser in a restroom to purchase them.

i haven't listened yet abt a rule that has age restriction to buy condoms. anyone can buy condoms, Its not illegal.
