Does anyone know the artist/name of a French song by a woman that has an accordian sound? It was out in 2004?

I know this sounds random. But there was a very popular song that was dance type music in French around 2004-5 but popular here in the US. It was even the song on one of the Payless Shoe commercials. I love this song but I dont know who sings it or where to find it. I have been trying to find it forever!
I hope someone outthere knows what Im talking about.
