Need the name of a song they play at hockey games...It goes "So you're from Canada, eh? Do you play hockey?"

And then the guy goes on about "DO I PLAY HOCKEY, I play grass hockey, field hockey, ice hockey . . . . "

I 2 yrs working for a pro hockey team, and never missed a game, I can't believe I don't remember the song or who sings it. Anyhow, any info helps. Thanks
