Do you think Magic Johnson got the HIV virus from homosexual sex?

I hear the HIV virus is rampant among gay men. I've heard rumors of Magic getting it this way and just wanted other people's opinions.

No, he got it from promiscuous sex with women. You can still get AIDS from male/female sex, not just homosexual contact.
