Does anyone know how to unlock wireless routers?

My neibors have a wireless router connection, but there all locked, is there a way where i can by-pass through?

Bypassing it without your neigbours knowledge is illegal.

Depending on the protection you could (with a lot of patience) get the key, *if* they use the weak WEP protocol.

However if your neighbour is using WPA or even has only registered MAC adresses connect to the router, you're out of luck.

Your best bet would be: invite your neighbour to a Barbeque, and offer him to split the costs of his internet if he lets you use it.
