Truth?

I am 58 and think I look and feel it a lot of the time. But I do colour my hair. Makeup? I suppose I should.......

Last spring I married a loving young man who is 34.

He wanted me because of my spirit, and promised to rejuvenate me. I just wanted the whole package.

We spent several months together in India not worrying about anything, just a road trip.I was immersed in a foreign country and he spoiled me rotten. I came back slimmer and younger by years just from the whole trip. I found the cuisine hard on me so I lived on mountains of fruit and dairy food, scrambled eggs (not quite) when I could find them. So I ate lightly but a lot of fresh fruit. Also more appreciative of many things of my own country. But... there is an element to India, it is truly ageless, timeless.

As a "veteran"... enough sleep, lots of water, lots of breathing and exercise, healthy foods. That is all you need to do. Oh no sun on the skin. Good skin care regime. Oh and the big one. The one that makes the botox lines. The deep frown lines. Or the nasty lines around the mouth that make you look angry. If you are not stressed out, if you are conscious of your face pulling into a certain way, loosen it up with a smile. It really works.

Never smoking is another. Keeps the skin more elastic I think. Smoker's skin is often coarse.

That is enough for now.

Hi,

I specialize in helping people look and feel 5-10 years younger via a detox programme.

The crux of it actually lies in the amount of energy in your cells.

I am 30 this year but most people think I am in my early twenties ;)

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even by babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out and help your body start to accept water.

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

If you are keen, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

Eat healthy, exercise, plenty of sleep, moisturize your skin daily, and always wear sunscreen (SPF 15 at minimum). Taking daily vitamins also helps. Below are two links to questionnaires that, provided you supply honest answers, will tell you which vitamins are best for you considering your current state. Because I don't know your gender, I've provided both the men's and women's quiz.

Women - http://nutrition.about.com/library/healthydietquizparts/bl_women_supplement_screen.htm

If you're a woman and you wear makeup, then you can actually get makeup with the SPF already in it. If you're not a woman, then I guess that tip doesn't apply! ;)

Seriously though, there's not a whole lot that can be done. But what I listed above is the best things you can do. Of course it goes without saying that if you're a smoker, it's best to stop as soon as possible as well as limiting your alcohol intake. (as a smoker, I know that's damn near impossible though)

The most powerful anti-aging method was done by Jesus and Moses. But it strikes at the heart of what people are addicted to. It is fasting. Site below has quotes about fasting by 17 different MDs.

Usually, there is no much to do.Cosmetical materials are not even close to resolve the problem. It is because the skin (esspecialy its connectical tissue) is non-reversible changed with the age.
However, the look can be changed with plastical surgery (with limits included there, depends of the case and needs od the patient).

see if u want to reverse ur age - the only thing u get is artificial beauty...................my advice is that if a person is young at heart, he will look 5 yrs younger than his actual age. so always remain happy n take things in positive way-no worry n no tensions anymore
