Number 8.

The batsmen will be dismissed in this order:

Number 1:1st ball
Number 2: 7th ball (new over)
Number 3: 2nd ball
Number 4: 3rd abll
Number 5: 4th ball
Number 6: 5th ball
Number 7: 6th ball
Number 8:
Number 9: 8th ball
Number 10: 9th ball
Number 11: 10th ball.

therefore the 8th(eighth) batsman will be not out for sure ,,yes definitely because he doesn't face any ball...

Number 1:1st ball
Number 2: 7th ball (new over)
Number 3: 2nd ball

Number 8:
Number 9: 8th ball
Number 10: 9th ball
Number 11: 10th ball.

Number 1 and 2 come in, No. 1 gets bowled and is replaced by No.s 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 in turn. The new over starts with no. 2 on strike and No. 8 at the non-strikers end. No. 2 is replaced by no's 9, 10 and 11, resulting in Number 8 being not out.
