Your premise is entirely false. There are many whites who live in poverty. Not an extremely huge amount, but they exist.
Quit blaming "whitey" for your own problems.

Ever heard of colonialism? Its that thing that whiteys imposed on non-whiteys.
Ever heard of consumerism? It’s that thing that white imperialists promote so the raw-material producers of non-whitey countries have to suffer poverty because your greed keeps food prices low and returns even lower. Whitey always wants more because whitey has no sense of community, which makes prices cheaper and pushes the prices of labour down.
Coffee, cotton and sugar still enslave non-whiteys even today.
Television still paints pictures of non-whiteys as being less than whiteys meaning non-whiteys are undermined before they arrive.

There is alot of white people living in poverty in America and Canada. These people like the 'non whites' you mention just have to get a job! Blaming whitey just make you look like you avatar!

It's obvious that you either are lying or have been misled by people who say you can't make it in this world. That's obvoiously wrong. Just look around you at all the rich people of all races.

zhi's got it down basically. Colonialism, and economic imperialism. You can't really have riches without poverty somewhere else I think.
You should read "Guns, Germs, and Steel" by Jared Diamond for a thorough explanation on how early geographical advantages (not biology) led Europe and not other civilizations to advance economically, technologically, and militarily to dominate the globe.
